This package aims to make NMR spectroscopy data analysis as easy as possible. It only requires a small set of functions to perform an entire analysis. This package provides a comprehensive toolbox for analysing Spatial Point Patterns. It is focused mainly on two-dimensional point patterns, including multitype/marked points, in any spatial region. It also supports three-dimensional point patterns, space-time point patterns in any number of dimensions, point patterns on a linear network, and patterns of other geometrical objects. It supports spatial covariate data such as pixel images and contains over 2000 functions for plotting spatial data, exploratory data analysis, model-fitting, simulation, spatial sampling, model diagnostics, and formal inference.

This package provides a self-tuning spectral clustering method for single or multi-view data. Spectrum uses a new type of adaptive density aware kernel that strengthens connections in the graph based on common nearest neighbours. It uses a tensor product graph data integration and diffusion procedure to integrate different data sources and reduce noise. Spectrum uses either the eigengap or multimodality gap heuristics to determine the number of clusters. The method is sufficiently flexible so that a wide range of Gaussian and non-Gaussian structures can be clustered with automatic selection of K.

spacefillr enables generation of random and quasi-random space-filling sequences. It supports the following sequences: Halton, Sobol, Owen-scrambled Sobol, Owen-scrambled Sobol with errors distributed as blue noise, progressive jittered, progressive multi-jittered (PMJ), PMJ with blue noise, PMJ02, and PMJ02 with blue noise. The package also includes a C++ API.

The SparseArray package is an infrastructure package that provides an array-like container for efficient in-memory representation of multidimensional sparse data in R. The package defines the SparseArray virtual class and two concrete subclasses: COO_SparseArray and SVT_SparseArray. Each subclass uses its own internal representation of the nonzero multidimensional data, the "COO layout" and the "SVT layout", respectively. SVT_SparseArray objects mimic as much as possible the behavior of ordinary matrix and array objects in base R. In particular, they suppport most of the "standard matrix and array API" defined in base R and in the matrixStats package from CRAN.
